Greetings friends, Charge Conference season is upon us! Below you will see the charge conference schedule. With the exception of the churches in Monroe County we are doing parish wide charge conferences. We will gather together to worship and then split up to vote on our charge conference materials. *Should any church, charge, or parish need to adjust this schedule please contact the Southern District Office (southerndistict@wvumc.org) to request a change. Likewise, should an individual church or charge scheduled for a Parish wide charge conference need an individual charge conference please contact the Southern District Office to discuss it with Chip.
